Ringcraft means mastering the art of fighting by understanding how to dominate in the ring, take advantage of your opponent and seize every opportunity - make em' miss, make em' pay . In this session, we honour the sweet science by delving deeper into the techniques needed to improve sparring and be triumphant in a competitive setting. Through a range of technical drills, and partnerwork you'll learn how to improve your sparring technique and conquer your opponent.
