Callam began boxing in the British army excelling as a light heavyweight. Endured rigorous courses, including pre-parachute selection. Transitioned to coaching in 2009, forging victorious teams and earning the Royal Engineers the Corps prize at the Army Individual Boxing Championships 2023.
