old school soul

Our 6,000 sqft space in the heart of Camberwell, South East London has everything you could ever want from a boxing gym. A 16ft competition ring, 18 punch bags including a range of straight bags, maize bags and teardrop bags, a large mirrored wall perfect for shadow boxing and an array of fitness equipment. This is all set against the backdrop of exposed brick walls, concrete features, hanging pendant lighting and an original floor giving our gym that gritty old school feel that everybody loves to train in. Even though everything is brand new, the gym has an old spirit, with the postered walls and echoes of coaches, it feels loved and lived in.

Our bathrooms are a different story, because who wants an old school shower?! We have beautifully designed bathrooms, tiled floor to ceiling with concrete effect tiles mimicking the interior of the gym, backlit led mirrors for that perfect post gym selfie and the most relaxing spacious waterfall showers for a little calm after the chaos of a session - only once you've earned it of course!

We have separate facilities for men and women where there is space to change and have full privacy.
